Welcome to the Blackhouse terms and conditions for website use. All of T&C’s apply to users of our website at www.blackhouse.co.uk . By accessing Blackhouse website and/or the placing of an order, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
By using this website, it indicates that you fully accept these terms – regardless of whether you choose to register or order from the site or not. Please note, that if you don’t accept these stated terms, then we advise that you do not use the Blackhouse website.

- Introduction
1.1 You will be allowed and able to gain access most parts of the Blackhouse Website without registering any of your details with us. However, certain areas of the Website are only available to you upon registration. 1.2 We reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions in the future at any time, by the updating of this posting. To review our up to date terms and conditions we advise that you check this Website periodically, because these T & C’s are legally binding on you. Occasionally certain aspects of these T & C’s may be superseded by specifically and expressly designated legal terms or notices located on particular pages of the Blackhouse Website. If you feel that do not wish to accept or be bound by any new T & C’s, after giving notice, we advise that you should cease using this Website.
- Ordering from Blackhouse
2.1 You are deemed to have placed an order with Blackhouse by ordering using our online checkout process. As part of Blackhouse checkout process, you will have the opportunity to double-check your order and to amend any errors that may have occurred. We will then send you order acknowledgement by email, which will include a detailed list if the products ordered by you.
2.2 Blackhouse acceptance of an order occurs when we despatch the goods. We will email you a despatch confirmation including any relevant tracking numbers. When we send the order, the purchase contract will then be deemed to have been made, even in instances where payment has been immediately processed, unless you have been notified by us that we do not accept your order, or you have for any reason cancelled your order.
2.3 We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders:
(a) in instances where goods may not be available;
(b) in instances where we have been unable to gain authorisation for your payment;
(c) in instances where there has been a product or pricing description error; or
(d) if you fall short on any of the eligibility criteria that we set out in our T & C’s.
- Pricing
3.1 All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current UK rates.
3.2 Where we charge separately for postage and packing and shipping insurance and other relevant costs, the corresponding rates are detailed in our specified pricing structure on our Website.
3.3 We reserve the right to periodically review our prices as our costs change.
- Cancellations & Returns
4.1 In cases where you wish to cancel or modify your order:
(a) you can inform us by an email to sales@blackhouse.co.uk prior to us despatching the goods to you; or
(b) if goods have already been sent to you, by returning the goods to us, in accordance with our clause 4.2 detailed below.
4.2 You can return stock goods ordered from Blackhouse for any reason within 14 days of receiving them in exchange for a complete refund or exchange. Any costs incurred in returning goods back to us shall be borne by you.
4.3 We will issue a full refund upon receipt of the goods.
4.4 The rights to return the goods to us as detailed in clause 4.3 will not be applicable in the following circumstances: –
(a) if we deem that the product has been used
(b) where any product has been manufactured to order or customised to your unique specification
The provisions of this clause 4.4 do not in any way affect your consumer’s statutory rights.
(c) where original packaging has been discarded or destroyed we reserve the right not to issue a refund on the basis that the goods are not in a saleable condition.
- Licence
All images and text used in the Blackhouse website remains the property of Blackhouse and must not be copied, used or reproduced without the prior permission of Blackhouse.
- Service access
6.1 While we always endeavour to make sure that Blackhouse site is normally accessible 24 hours a day; Blackhouse will not be held liable if for any reason in the future this Website is not available at any time or for any time period.
6.2 Access to the Blackhouse Website may be temporarily suspended without notice in the unlikely instance of a system failure, ongoing maintenance/repair or for reasons outwith our control.

7.1 Anybody registering with www.blackhouse.co.uk must be eighteen years of age or above.
7.2 Each registration is valid only for a single user.
7.3 Responsibility for the security and privacy of any passwords issued is with you. If you know, or even suspect that another individual is aware of your password details, then we advise you to contact us immediately.
7.4 We reserve the right to suspend or even terminate your registration at our reasonable discretion, if you are in breach of any of your obligations under our clearly stated terms and conditions.
